1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available for:

Products returned within 2 days of delivery.
Items in their original condition, unused, with all tags intact.

2. Refund Method

We cannot offer refunds on:

Used, damaged, or altered products.
Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective)

Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the product passes quality checks.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or as a store credit, based on your preference.

Refunds for defective or incorrect items include return shipping costs.
For other reasons, return shipping is borne by the customer.
