1. General Shipping Information

  • We ship orders across India, ensuring our premium sportswear reaches you wherever you are.

  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

2. Order Processing Time

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Delays may occur during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Partners

We partner with reliable logistics companies to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders. Tracking information will be shared with you as soon as your order is shipped.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress on the delivery partner’s website.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

In case of failed delivery attempts due to the following reasons, our delivery partner will attempt redelivery up to two times:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of order placement.

  • Unavailability of recipient at the delivery address.

If the delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and a refund will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package is damaged or lost in transit, contact us at support@neunormal.com within 48 hours of receiving the package.
